Mtn sa ....run

I'm experiencing problems with mtn continously debiting my account with absorbent amounts that were not agreed on.. Firstly some amounts that's accured on my account that they can't explain and want me to pay to for , this is the same same way 3months into my contract unknown insurance charges were included with no explanations but a system error .. Limit on my phone was always on 0..was then told it was done by me, I asked for dates and time no one again could explain. I've sent numerous emails to clear the matter and get it resolved, no call is received but references and a promise for a call that never comes through till my account is debited

I'm livid with the service I'm getting and how this matter is being treated.. A change of service provider is highly considered
