Mtn S.A providing client with poor service

After hold on the line for 22min and 55 seconds, Mtn still want me to run around for me to recieve my refund. 22 minutes ago I spoke to a mtn service champion by the name of sifiso, who transferred my call to retention yet no on from retention picked up my call so I could receive my refund. Mtn has been giving me a huge run around since last month to refund me. I logged a call with them to process it yet till today iam yet to receive my refund. My name I sifiso mahoa, my mtn ref no that have been calling then for over a month to refund me on is ***. Mtn is treated me as a client like trash, sending me from pillar to post since that day I notices that I they owe me a refund.
