Mtn sa poor network

I took out a 24 month contract with mtn in june 2021,the contract should have ended this year in June.mtn decided i should be put on a month to month tried calling to cancel but the give me lame excuses all the time.i paid the contract end of August im apperntly in collections im calling every week and sending proof of payment weekly to mtn no one can get to the bottom of it they dont escalate the matter had to call again today about a August problem i paid again today and still no one can help.the worst service ever in my life is what im going through with mtn now.i reached out on twitter no response.just trying my luck.
