Mtn SA poor customer service. ?

Took a contract upgrade with mtn on the 10 of August the upgrade was approved on the 12th, since that day I haven't heard from Mtn despite several calls to their useless service champions line. As I type I've bn holding on the phone for 40 minutes and counting. I don't want their device anymore they can keep it... I try elsewhere. Mtn service is poor. Very very poor.
