MTN SA PAID UP IN FULL WITH SETTLEMENT LETTER, BUT STILL LISTED ON ITC 2 (TWO) YEARS LATER

MTN SA is very *********** and negligent, I was given a full and final settlement in 2020/10/20 and i paid the agreed amount in full, I also received a settlement letter from MTN, however up to date my name is still listed on ITC and MTN is failing dismally to help me with the removal of the default on ITC, they are taking me from pillar to post and no one at MTN even know who's the relevant person to contact in such a matter, this is gross incompetence, negligence and irresponsibility for such a massive company not to have a person or department to deal with the mess they create in peoples lives, I need this matter Urgently Resolved
