MTN SA Online service

I app**** for a MTN home router online on the 7th of April. I had a consultant call me on the 8th to finalise the application and he said it would be delivered in 7 days. Three weeks later it had still not been delivered. I emailed the customer care and the response was that the application was still pending. It was said a consultant would call. Two weeks later no consultant has called and the device hasn’t been delivered.
