MTN SA. NOT ATTENDING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS

Mtn being the worst service provider.you call them the transfer you call from one consultant to another and you end up not getting any help..you send them an email they take their time to call them.. Instead of helping you they tell you what you told them from the beginning.. They never assist but they will tell you about money.. I have had this problem with mtn for months you yo the shop they can't assist.. I receive emails from mtn daily telling me my query has been resolved the question is which query are they talking about cause mine hasn't been resolved. Ref 2****89
