I have a Tablet contract with MTN that expired end December 2020. I have been trying from 02 January 2021 to change this to pay as you go. 1. MTN Grove Nelspruit 02/01/2021 no success 2. MTN Grove Nelspruit 09/01/2021 no success 3. MTN call center 083135 12/01/2021 no success 4. MTN call center 083135 15/01/2021 held on for 44 min 3 sec no success 5. MTN call center 083135 15/01/2021 held on for 25 min 10 sec no success 6. Sent 10 emails on 15/01/2021 to *** automated response only no success 7. Sent 5 emails on 17/01/2021 to *** no success 8. MTN call center 083135 15/01/2021 held on for 21 min 3 sec no success How do I get any response out of MTN besides going to go and have tea with their GM?
