MTN SA network outage

I am situated in a small rural town Mount Frere and last week on the 4th of June at approximately 18:20 we had a network outage that lasted until the next day the 5th of June 2022 at about 08:35 AM. Again on Monday the 6th of June at approximately 09:20 AM we had another one that lasted until about 15:25 in the afternoon but got cut again for about 2 hours. Yesterday 8 June 2022 at around 14:45 we had another outage that lasted until this morning 10:20 AM and these network outages are not due because of loadshedding infect we haven't had loadshedding in a while. All of this is happening during exam period for me and all my exams and classes are conducted online. I am missing classes due to this and I am afraid I might miss my exam on the 10th of June 2022 which is tomorrow. I also have internet data budles that expire daily some days my minutes expire too and I am not being compensated for all of this and the most saddest part we don't even receive messages telling us what's happening.
