MTN SA MAFIA

I had a contract with MTN which ended on 28/11/2022. On 30/10/202, I wrote a mail to MTN retentions stating clearly that when the contract come to term, I am terminating I don't want MTN's services nomore.

MTN's retentions responded on 20 November 2022 apoligising for the late response and claiming to have tried to reach me. I rep**** by sending a number they could reach me. Instead I got a call asking for and upgrade which I declined and I voiced my disappointment.

On 28/11/2022, I lodged a cancellation of contract with the MTN store at Craddle stone mall. MTN retentions ignored the the request. On 29/12/2022, I went into their offices at 14th Avenue. Another request was sent to MTN retentions and to this date MTN has never responded. The only response I get is an escalating bill.

Sometime in February I sent another email to retention and I am met with dead silence. On 09/03/2023 I get a notice that says I must pay R2076.00.

You can't reach anybody at MTN SA and correspondence is anonymous. The contract below came to term on 28/11/2022.
