MTN SA is unreliable

I am very unsatisfied with their service. I have struggled with at least 5 or 6 different service agents to inquire why my wifi isn't connected to the internet over the span of 2, nearly 3, days and my internet conection still hasn't been restored. This service is totally unacceptable and frankly unreliable. My payments are up to date on my contract yet they tell me otherwise, despite my statements and invoice documents showing proof of payment. Now with my next invoice they have increased my amount due by over R50 which is not part of the agreed amount as advertised and stated on the contract. I am not happy at all.
