MTN SA IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN SA

Mtn is the worst, i suffer psychological trauma because of making a mistakes of taking out a contract eith them in 2019 which ended in 2022 November I have been trying to cancel this account to date My life is stuck and im listed, my sin was refusing upgrade and for that i was severely punished I was made to continue to pay this account for months after the account has expired and i requested cancelation. Finally on 27 June 23 i spoke to a consultant i was made to pay R619 rand so my account can be canceled and this i thought has happened since the debit orders stopped but i was wrong Apparently i was listed in August 2024 without this being communicated to me, more than a year after the debit orders stopped I have made countless calls, emails to get assistance but everytime i get a rude call center assistant, more than 3 hours of holding on line or an empty promise MTN SA PLEASE HEAR MY PLEA
