MTN SA is sneaky & dishonest

Upgraded in July for a deal of the same amount but more data.

The deal was falsely advertised as sim only & info was omitted.

Previous contract was "sim only" working fine on cellphone. On upgrading suddenly sim only works in router & I had to buy one. This was not mentioned in the online ad. Recently I've been charged "Pro-rata" for data that was added on conclusion of contract which to me was just a top up to what the new contract was offering. The "pro-rata" charge is the same as the contract amount I signed for & in effect I've been charged double for the month of September. I'm told the "pro-rata" charge is always delayed to 2 months later after signing up.

MTN SA is dishonest & not transparent in their dealings.
