MTN SA is refusing with my refund

MTN SA is refusing to refund me my R2384.05 which I paid in as they were overcharging on a booster bundle I was not receiving. I want my money back only I can decide on how I pay for my bill not them. It is my money and no one should tell me how to use or handle it.
