MTN SA is nonsense! Do not take their contract products.

I have been cancelling my contract with MTN since early February and that was the time my contract was ending for the phone I bought on Contract but for some reason they still placed me on month to month (6gb for R419) and then I called again March on the 12th to still state that I have cancelled and they sent an sms to confirm cancellation. Later I called again which is early April before the 12th since they load their data and minutes etc. on the 12th, I asked if they cancelled, they said yes, I asked to be transferred to the accounts dept, the accounts department confirm that they will not debit any money from me this month of April as it’s cancelled. Come the 12th I saw that they loaded data again and now when I can MTN the contract option is not there.
