Ridicules! Consultant from Retention department instructed me to pay an amount that I do NOT owe to the Legal department for a Debt adjustment that Billing department added incorrectly too my account. Then she could request a refund from her Retention department for the same amount the following week. That makes absolutely no sense. MTN is *************!
