MTN SA is a ****, I want my refund

I shouldn't be giving MTN SA even 1 Star.. Their services are a ****. I paid for Home internet date last week Wednesday the 28th of May and it was delivered the following day. the router and sim card are defective. gone is my R330. I took it to the shop and still didn't work. i cancelled the month to month contract yesterday and today I got an SMS notifying me that they will deduct R295 for the home internet data on the 4th . for what ? I want a refund. your sales people they lie to us and not give us full information.
