MTN SA is a ****!

Upgraded my contract on the 05/06/2025, I have been assisted by Siseko Montsho. I have issues regarding the amount, emails have been sent to him to check and advise, however, no feedback received yet. I have been debited twice in July, reversed 1 debit then received an sms that my account will be suspended, will not make nor receive calls.
