MTN SA inefficient and arrogant service

Good morning,

In August 2018 I received a phone call from a person by the name of Alisha Pillay from MTN SA, to inform me that I my Tablet was due for an upgrade an dfurther asked if can she upgrade it for me and I said yes ( The upgrade was perfomed over the phone , which is a normal practice for MTN) . Approximately two (2) weeks later I received a phone call from a delivery company called DSV to arrange for delivery for the next following week to which I advised then company that in that week i will be out of town for the whole week. there was problem with delivery as I travel alot for work purposes. When I phoned DSV to arrange for delivery they advsied me to phone MTN SA as the parcel has since been taken back to MTN. I on numerous occasions unsuccessfully phoned MTNSA, until one day I managed to get hold of Alisha who at the end advised me to go to the branch and renew my contract and she on her side will cancel the online renewal. By this time MTNSA has already started debiting my account for a new contract that I never signed or party to it. in February 2019 I went to MTNSA branch and i was told my online contract is not cancelled, there were numerous phone calls from MTN to MTN it was then cancelled by the lady called Annalize, I renewed my MTN contract at the branch. from September 2018 MTN SA had already started debiting my account for R179 though I didnt have the new Tablet. Ive sent emails to MTN SA to refund me, no action, only acknowledge my emails as to what happens after MTN SA must explain . I want MTNSA to refund me back my money that they debited for a Tablet , from September 2018 to February 2019.
