MTN SA incredibly unprofessional behaviour.

MTN South Africa call centre is extremely unprofessional and useless. I called 5 different times(spoke to 5 different people) to cancel my contract as soon as a consultant hears the word cancellation, they drop the call in your ear. One had a ‘decency’ to place me on hold for 20 minutes before dropping the call. Disappointing service.
