MTN SA impossible to take out new sales contracts ! Try to call and you will fail to get a contract

I called yesterday to the sales team as I want to take out a new contract for ****le wifi and it is just a circus of note. Yesterday the agent could not complete the order as her system froze and asked if she could call back. Needless to say, she never did. This morning I called 4 times and all agents said that the first agent had cancelled my order, and I was then told I have no job so unemployed. Well, I am not. I have worked at same company for close to 12 years. Again I was told that this Moodley was calling me back, and that was 2 hours ago, still waiting. I then asked if I could go into a store to take out the contract and they said yes, but at the MTN store in Hout Bay they said no. I give up. Been a client for 22 years with MTN for mobile, and that is fine and working but this is just a circus and you wonder what is sane business saying no to new contracts? Poor MTN. Hire new sales staff.
