MTN SA - huge disappointment

In November 2023 i signed a contract offering a Samsung watch and airpods as part of the cell phone contract. To date neither MTN or Samsung can tell me why there is no stock, or when I am to receive these items. Iv called, emailed, been in store , been online. All I'm told is there is no stock...3 months and Samsung has no stock in SA ??? Impossible. Not a substitute or solution offered by mtn, just that it's a Samsung issue.

Disgusted with service received, misinformation in contracts offered and zero absolutely zero customer service.
