MTN SA Horrible service

Horrible. I have been with MTN for years now but lately its just more and more problems. Purchased a "brand new" laptop according to them. The laptop is so slow went back they contacted HP because they cannot do anything, they can take your monthly premiums but not exchange it for another laptop etc. Gave HP the serial number. Hp tells us the laptop is a 2020 year model. MTN asks me then how is that possible everyday they tell me no we have to contact this person then that department. I asked them can they cancel this I will take another laptop even pay more but no there is just more and more issues. I will not ever recommend anyone to take MTN EVER AGAIN. They are absolutely horrible and cannot work with people they have no people skills and they will ask you (the customer) how does that work????? I mean REALLY?????????
