MTN SA horrible call center service

MTN call center service is the worst. Their staff like to treat their clients like dirt. At the RETENTIONS department i was told by on Boniswa Nduna that they don't send copies of settlement quotations by e-mail and that I will have to write down the quote. As if that was not enough she kept placing me on hold for no reason and when i asked her for the reference for the call she denied to give. She then told me that the department when i can get a copy of the settlement quotation is Customer Care. I told her that its Customer Care that transferred me to her she insisted. Very horrible service every time i call their call center.
