MTN-SA has gone to the dogs

MTN services are deteriorating before our eyes, used to be one of the best, I remember those days. the current crop of their employees are just rude and very ***********, in the past 3 days I have done 4 sim swaps and they all fail no one is giving me a reason why they keep on failing. I have answered all the security questions but they just cant help.
