Mtn sa

I have complained about Mtn a year ago, I have ordered a phone online that was never delivered and till date I still paying for it. Mtn claimed several times that they are waiting for the courier company to confirm if the phone was returned and it’s been a year now. This is pure abuse , imagine paying for something u don’t have? When I call them no one seems to know what to do.
