MTN SA/ DSV worst delivery service EVER (zero stars)

I bought a device at MTN SA and it was to be delivered within 7days. Delivery day came and the delivery guy called and I went to meet him. He was struggling with scanning the item and said probably it wasn’t scanned out at the warehouse and informed me he will turn back with my parcel. Scheduled another delivery date and same thing happend except this time it seemed his scanner was not working properly. He tried it for close to 10mins and told me I can’t have the parcel (again) and that he would call me in 20 mins. Never heard from DSV since. Tried to call them today and spent my entire lunch break trying to reach them with no success. They act like we won some competition and not as though we bought these devices.
