MTN SA doesn’t care about our claims

I have been waiting for mtn to process my cellphone claim since 24 December 2021 , they only give me feedback when I call them other than that it’s business as usual to them but I’ve never missed even one single payment of their insurance, worse I’ve insured two devices with them
