MtN SA Customer service sucks

I bought 60G of data on the 25th last month that will be loaded 2G everyday. On the 14th of September my data was not loaded, I called them to notify them of this they gave me a reference number and said that my issue will be resolved in 24hrs a, to my suprised it was not. Called them back after 24hr I was told it takes 48 now it is still not resolved, whe I called back to do the follow up they told me that I takes 72hr to resolve a ticket. And bare in mind that I use that data to work as I'm working from home. MTN don't even deserve one star rating
