MTN SA Customer Service is Useless

It's been more than a month since I logged a complaint on HelloPeter and you people have not even bothered to reply to my complaint. Yes the matter that I logged on 15 June is still not resolved. I'm wondering whether anyone will respond to my complaint now?

I've already approached ICASA in a desperate attempt for them to intervene in order for my complaint to be resolved. MTN ref no ***
