MTN SA customer care useless

I need to reset my password to acces my mtn mail. Called MTN six times in the past few minutes... each time being asked to call again and press different options... on 135 and on 1555! The operators are useless!!! They DO NOT know what to do. Either that or after over 15 years with MTN I have to consider that maybe MTN is AFRICA's most useless network!!?!?!?
