MTN SA contracts for WiFi month to month

I have a contract with mtn that I cancelled on February 2026 but it's not cancelled I phoned MTN consultants to assist me with cancellation but they told me to go to the nearest store,I whend to the MTN store in Luis trichard makhado crossing mall an the person who helped me at MTN required the router which brought to mtn an he told me I need to pay an outstanding amount of R55 I did pay the money on the spot at MTN store then when home after all the process he was doing on his computer,come march they billed me while I whend to mtn to cancel as I know that the contract is cancelled going forward April they billed me again an amount of R645 which I don't understand why are they doing that because I cancelled the contract come 16 may 2026 they billed me for R2300 they say I have arrears on the contract that I have with them I called an consulted why are they billing me they told me that the contract is not cancelled but at the store they cancelled it an send me an email an reference so I whend again to mtn store to complain the lady that was helping me she gave me a reference an told me that they will close the account ,I adge everyone to be aware of MTN cause the contract I toke with mtn its a month to month contract you can cancel it at anytime.i would like to ask hello peter to intervene by helping me to sort out this mess of MTN please be cause it is going to happen to my south Africans.
