MTN SA #BadNetworkBadService. #MTNFixItAndFixItNow!!!!
Start of day 5 and still no MTN South Africa signal and reception in Magaliessig, Fourways. I have no reception inside my flat or out side. My neighbours don't have reception. I've been reporting it so many times that I have 3 reference numbers and still no signal. # ********** 4; # ********** 1; # ********** 0 #BadNetworkBadService. #MTNFixItAndFixItNow!!!! Shereen at Coverage just issued my 4th reference number in 5 days!!!
Still I don't have any cell phone services. Just tried to call and it says "Not registered on network"
5 days and 4 reference numbers to deal with one problem and its not resolved yet??? I don't even want to talk about all the messages I sent through the app, social media and HelloPeter.com!! Unacceptable!!
Why must customers go through these battles and trauma. I 've been shopping around in order to leave MTN. This experience is making my motivation even greater.
Really bad customer services, upon a bad technical infrastructure!!!
I want it fixed NOW!!!!

Shereen at Coverage just issued my 4th reference number in 5 days!!!
Still I don't have any cell phone services. Just tried to call and it says "Not registered on network"
5 days and 4 reference numbers to deal with one problem and its not resolved yet??? I don't even want to talk about all the messages I sent through the app, social media and HelloPeter.com!! Unacceptable!!
Why must customers go through these battles and trauma. I 've been shopping around in order to leave MTN. This experience is making my motivation even greater.
Really bad customer services, upon a bad technical infrastructure!!!
I want it fixed NOW!!!!

The sun is setting on the 6th day and still the service and reception is not fixed yet in Magaliessig, Fourways.
Why is your services and infrastructure in such a ******* state??? Seems like @MTNza is now so useless not even www.hellopeter.com is effective making you do what I am paying for!!!
After 6 days and 6 reference numbers THERE IS STILL UNRELIABLE RECEPTION AND SIGNAL IN MAGALIESSIG, FOUWAYS.
Signal constantly goes from a little bit to completely 0 and "Only Emergency calls" When I call I am either "not registered on the network" or calls drop after a view secondes in. SMSse are delayed, by hours and days!!!
My patience is finished!!!! People need to contact me and in 6 days you couldn't solve the issue!!! Your are waisting my time and money. Why should I continue to be a customer????
And don't tell me to call only during office hours. For 3 days I did. Its now day 6 and I expect you to know work through the night and all other hours required to fix this issue. People are trying to reach me and I need to do stuff as well. I cannot just lock the door behind me after office hours!!!!!! ????????
