MTN claim that my grandmother who is 78 years old took out 3 cellphones and insist that the she make payment. Upon requesting to show evidence that she signed for those cellphones, MTN are still unable to provide it two months later. They block the line of her current legitimate contract even after requesting affidavits and sending her from pillar to post each time she follows up on her query.
