MTN SA are just ********

I wonder if this will help because it seems like this is how Mtn does business. The reviews posted today are similar to mine. MTN wrongly billed me and when I try to resolve it they tell me that the only person who can resolve my issue is the person I did the upgrade with(Themba Ncube). I've been trying to resolve this since beginning of June 2021 with no help. Calling the retentions is a waste of time because they don't answer their phones. Can you please help?
