MTN SA are ****ers

I took up a contract in 2021 if not 2020 with MTN my contract ended with theme and little did I know that I needed to cancel the contract fast forward MTN handed me over and I refused to pay because the data that I was charged for I never used, fast forward MTN list me with Credit berue and I decide I should pay theme since they have listed me.. I called theme they tell my account its handed over with VVN however VVN says it does no longer work with MTN I go back to MTN and tell theme they give me names of other companies to call that I might be handed over with, I call all the companies and they all don't work with MTN anymore I go back to MTN, I speak to Nosipho Magasela who then tries to be very helpful unlike this other consultants she suggests I make a payment to MTN direct upon making a payment I then ask her and where will I get my paidup letter to update with transunion and she says it will be with their legal team I proceed and make a payment on the 23rd of January which was R2500 on the 3rd of February I call requesting my paid up letter they tell me I owe another R186.00 and I asked what was it for they say, the person I spoke to previously didn't give me the whole amount I then pay that R190.00 Make pay and clear so it could be received immediately and Nosipho then said she's requesting a paidup letter from Legal and it can take up to 7 days today on the 23rd February Im calling again to check my paidup letter since I didn't receive it yet I speak to Tisetso Mojalefa this one was very rude because he didnt even want to hear nor understandi me instead he transferred my call to billing without my knowledge and without explaining what was I doing in billing department...All in all MTN still does not have my paidup letter and they are continuing to bill me this R190 and I don't even know what's for instead of theme giving me my paid up letter they bill me yet they saying my accounts its not with theme its been handed over..
