MTN SA Absolutely pathetic

Absolutely pathetic conduct. I've taken out a new contract with them, handset was delivered faulty so i returned it to mtn Mall Of Africa within 2 days of receiving it. I requested to cancel the contract but they not only did they continue billing me for the next 7 months now they refuse to refund me the money that i was debited. All i get is pushed from pillar to post with their service champions and their escalations and the escalations of their escalations. Absolutely NO JOY.
