MTN SA a playground or in cahoots with ********

This network has no regard for our safety and it seems like they're in cahoots with ******** who commit ***** using our cellphone numbers. How do they authorise a sim swap on an ACTIVE number, connected to the internet and even when you contact customer care, they can't pick it up and they actually advise that you do a sim swap? Unfortunately, two of my contacts were de*****ed due to this incompetence, and there's really nothing I can do.
