MTN SA a Disgrace with Bussiness Customer service

The hoops you need to jump through at.MTN Business Service levels of incompetence is just mind blowing...no one I mean absolutely no one has any fibre of customer orientated service levels. I had to reverse my debit order to try and get them to contact me. I am waiting for them to call to claim my missed payment,then payback becomes a *****.
