MTN SA

Absolutely pathetic service from MTN! I have been trying to get payments allocated for the passed 3 months !!! and refunded money that was wrongfully debited from my account however no one seems to be helpful in anyway. I have logged endless tickets , sent multiple people POPs and for the passed 3 months ! This issue is still being attended to? I have been having endless issues with MTN and spoke to everyone from legal to IT! Can someone please contact me regarding this? I have made over 34 calls trying to explain and have the issues resolved and no one seems to have an answer or the courtesy to call me back.
