The most *********** staff you will ever find that are never interested in sorting out the problem stating that the other department is to blame!

The staff member cluld not assist me with invoices for a whole year i didn't get invoices from MTN and its my fault that i dont get sms plus I changed banking details and they never made the changes i requested and no one called to inform me that my payments aren't being done.

I do not think i will ever do business with MTN nor will i ever refer anyone.
