MTN SA

2017 i got a call from MTN that i won a phone only to find out i was singing up for a contract. On delivery it was not even the same phone they said i have won. I had to travel 80km to the mtn store in kleksdorp to return it they took it and i was helped by mr Lesly Motshela who also gave me a proof of collection i emailed this proof to *** because this was the people who kept on calling me to say i dnt pay my MTN account this are the same people who have made my credit profile to be affected badly. This is not the right business approach and worse they are unable to help me i cannot pay for something that i did not even open i would like this matter to be resolved by mtn because i have tried since 2017 until now they have not cancelled that same false contract i did not agree with.
