MTN S9 PROMO - GEAR FIT PRO WATCH NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED

I took on a NEW contract with MTN ON the 18 August 2018, s9 plus with the gear fit promo. I was told that I will receive my gear fit pro watch within 7 days. On my Samsung rewards app the order status indicates as processing. i am concerned as it states that the voucher will expire on the 31 August 2018.

I would appreciate if some one could get back to me asap!
