MTN's turnaround time is the worst

Good day<br> <br> I wanted to know from MTN what the amount is on my contract I still need to settle. The consultant told me that I must send an email to them. This is because apparently the Retentions department only operations from email (that's problem number 1). Also I send an email and the automated response says MTN will come back to be in 8 business hours (problem number 2). Then the above mentioned person sends me an email stating that they tried to call me with no success and my call records does not reflect this (problem number 3). In the mail the person informs me that their system is down so they can't check the details of my contract and asked me which phone I bought (problem number 4). Then I reply with the details of the phone and then I am told by the automated email that a consultant will respond to me in 2 business days (problem number 5). How difficult is it to find out from MTN how much I need to settle with them. 6 days later and I'm still waiting for the amount. At this rate I will live out my contract before I get the amount. After many years of being with MTN I'm done. Vodacom all the way.
