MTN's terrible service. The worst around of company

<p>I am extremely frustrated with MTN and their level of service. I have even lodged a complaint which has gone unanswered. All i require is for MTN to tell me what my closing balance is so i may settle my account and never use their useless service again. I am been trying for months to get this accounted sorted out and now i saw MTN has handed me over. This is the worst service one could ever offer.</p> <p> </p> <p>ALL I WANT TO DO IS SETTLE MY ACCOUNT AFTER MTN BILLED ME FOR DATA WHICH SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DONE. JUST GIVE ME THE DETAILS TO PAY. DO I JUST USE MY EXISTING ACCOUNT NUMBER? OR NOT</p> <p> </p> <p>Get back to me and tell me how to sort this out.
