MTN'S SERVICE WORSE THAN PATHETIC!

I am giving up on them but I wish to warn any other unsuspecting soul of MTN's worse than pathetic, couldn't care less attitude and service. We handed in a phone for repair on the 12th December 2014 and we're STILL waiting for the phone to be returned!!! I have written reams of emails to the address given, sat on the phone for who knows how many hours - don't hold your breath because you can wait for an answer anything up to an hour and sometimes even then there is nothing. We could have handed this phone into any other repair centre and got it back within 24 hours (and less!) but because we are paying every single month for MTN Insurance, we obviously tried to use this service. What a complete waste of time and money!! We will be cancelling all our MTN contracts within the next week and moving to Cell C, and have cancelled their so called insurance with immediate effect. To all out there, please don't waste your time!!! It's a super frustrating, lack of result so called service offered by MTN. Whatever you do, if your sanity is important to you, steer clear of them!!!!
