MTN's ridiculous contract swindles

<p>I accompanied my mother to upgrade her contract , we decided to take a lower in price contract as she did not need 200 minutes or 200 sms's we opted for a 100min 100sms's with 500 mb of data. Her existing package contained 800 minutes that had obviously accumulated over the 24 month period. The lady told us we would be unable to carry this over as the package was not of the same spec , I fail to understand how this is possible, as my mother had been paying each month for these minutes!? This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! MTN really needs to give customers what they have been paying for! </p>
