MTN's poor network could have killed someone
My wife is a cardiac nursing sister on 24-hour call out. She is reliant on MTN delivering emergency calls to her mobile phone (a fully charged Samsung S4). On Saturday morning multiple emergency calls were made to her by hospital staff. All calls went straight to Voice mail (the phone did not ring) - and the Voice mail messages only came through several hours later. Needless to say this is a potentially dangerous situation. A re-occurrence of the problem happened last night, Such poor simply service cannot be tolerated. I would really appreciate an explanation from an appropriately qualified and experienced MTN representative on this matter as a matter of urgency. I am NOT expecting the usual '\we will look into it"message! If the resolution to the problem is to move to a more reliable network"
