MTN'S PHONES ALWAYS GIVING PROBLEMS ON THE 2ND YEAR OF CONTRACT

I had a sony experia V phone which started refusing to charge on its second year, then i put it away. When i went to renew a contract on July/August 2015 a sales representative said i can still bring it in for repairs, and i did along with its charger. Then a while later i was sent a report saying i broke the charging port nd i told them i had sent it in in good condition just would'nt charge even on the stand charger, and i was told i had to pay though it was not my fault it was a factory fault. I refused to pay and let the phone stay there, and now i have an LG G3 which is now doing the same and also heats up when im using it and then the battery goes from 98% to 3% in 10minutes and i cant even report it because i had an experience where they could not help me. I will never buy a phone from MTN ever again in my life.

And what about the phone that would not charge on the stand, the one that your technicians broke the charging port and i was told to pay for it?
