MTN ****s people if you buy online

Ice i could give them zero start i would MTN ****med me of my R560,50 which i paid when ordering their month to month router on the 4th of September till now they have not delivered i called on the 8th to cancel and get my refund am still waiting on that there is not communication they are refusing with my money. ****!!
